We are thrilled you would like to register for Summer Springboard @ Cal Poly. Your two week summer experience will include hands-on workshops with Cal Poly faculty, college admissions prep, engaging guest speakers and a chance to explore the beautiful California coast.
Through the completion of a Summer Springboard @ Cal Poly program, students will receive:
3 continuing education units (CEUs) from Cal Poly Extended Education. While CEUs cannot be used towards an undergraduate degree, students can showcase CEUs on their CV and college applications to demonstrate knowledge improvement accomplishments.
a letter of recommendation from an active Cal Poly professor
a certificate of completion from Summer Springboard.

Application Process
When you click the ‘Apply Now’ button above, you will be taken to the Terra Education application portal. Not to worry, you are in the right place. First you will choose "Summer Springboard" and click to begin enrollment. For Step 1: Be sure to select Cal Poly SLO as your location. Then, go ahead and select your course. From there you will be led through Steps 2, 3 and 4. Step 5 will confirm your enrollment.
We review completed applications and notify students of final decisions by email in 7 to 10 business days.
